All packages are created from the separate components listed below.

Location Photography:

Photography rates are determined on a custom basis.
Considerations for time and date are factors, as well as the expected results, location, type of event, etc. A 1 hour minimum can be expected at the standard hourly rate (plus travel if applicable).
A separate charge for 'image preparation' may apply after the event. Often 'image preparation' is included in quotes and will be specified in any agreement. There is no set limit on the number of photos that will be taken for you. It is also very difficult to set a minimum quantity as well.

   

Wedding Photography:

All Saturday weddings are booked on a full day basis. Friday and Sunday weddings have an automatic 10% discount and may be booked on a half day or hourly basis at our descretion. Full day photography services do not have a pre-set time limit (however 10 hrs is usually considered a maximum). 1 or more photographers may be assigned in order to assure proper coverage (extra charges may apply). Online (internet) proofing is standard, as is digital image preparation. Both are included in the full day, half day and hourly coverage packages. Albums, parent albums, paper proofs, digital files, and other options are available at anytime up to 90 days after wedding date and may be purchased separately at standard prices. After 90 days however prices will increase.

Proof Books:

Our proof books are spiral bound pages with up to 12 photos per page. A custom designed front page is included at no charge. The cost of the proof book is per page. Ask about bonus programs to reduce or eliminate the cost of paper proofs.

Digital Files:

Our digital files can be purchased along with the release form needed for legal copyright transfer. Price will vary according to the number of files, and other factors. This is a decision that is best decided on before the event date. Some bonus programs are directly affected by this purchase.

Albums:

All of our albums are artistically designed for you to become a priceless heirloom. We have several beautiful books available from top manufacturers. All designs, based on your favorite photographs, will be shown to you for approval before the finished album is created.
